CTG announces sale of Polyurethane Moulding Division
Mon 10th, Feb 2003CTG is delighted to announce that on Friday 7th February 2003 the Polyurethane Division of CTG Ltd was sold to Polyurethane Products Ltd. PPL are a dynamic and growing business specialising in a range of polyurethane products and services.
The sale to PPL represents an exciting move forward and secures a sound future for CTG's PU division. From Monday 10th February, the PU division will be a completely separate legal entity from CTG Ltd and will trade as PPL Crompton Urethanes from the existing site in Banbury, a fully owned subsidiary of PPL.
The remaining part of CTG Ltd will concentrate on growing its product portfolio based on advanced composite materials for the MRI medical, Performance Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial markets.
