CTG at Autosport Engineering 2003
Wed 20th, Nov 2002
At Autosport Engineering 2003, CTG will be launching several key motorsport products. Following a year of development both on the racetrack and in the test lab, the 2003 show will act as the launchpad for more innovative CTG products.
On display will be:
Advanced Composite Propshafts: A revised range of our already succesful propshafts, including new end-fittings, surface protection for rally use, and new designs including Viper-compatible shafts.
Advanced Composite Driveshafts: New designs, details of which will be revealed at the show. Advanced Composite Pressure Vessels: Demonstrated in a variety of shapes and sizes, with polymer and aluminium liner techologies.
Advanced Composite Hydraulic Accumulators: A motorsport first. Superlight hydraulic accumulators in a range of shapes and sizes, offering around 80% weight savings over steel accumulators.
CTG TORQDisc™ Flexible Drive Couplings (above): Designed to be the best flexible discs in the world. These composite discs are stronger than other composite discs available, and more compliant than titanium discs.
CTG Keronite Advanced Surface Treatments Many new examples of applications and treatment developments for this high performance, environmentally friendly surface treatment for aluminium and magnesium.
Stand E202, Autosport International, January 9-10 2003, NEC Birmingham UK. Visit our links page for more information on the show.
