CTG attended the annual MIA Cleaner Racing Conference ahead of Autosport International 2010 at the NEC Birmingham.

The conference was an opportunity to discuss and evaluate together with senior motorsport figures how motorsport can use its fast paced development processes to not only initiate cleaner racing, but also how this technology can then be transferred to the everyday user across all types of transportation methods.

CTG showcased its lightweight composite products ranging from high torque propeller shafts through to kinetic energy recovery flywheels, all of which have been developed with cleaner racing in mind. CTG also had it's fully carbon composite soapbox racer on display which was recently seen on Channel 5's Gadget show where CTG raced against the likes of Lotus.

Further proven by ISO 14001 accreditation CTG is fully committed to the environment and also sees the great importance of developing innovative technologies such as those used to realise cleaner racing.

As a key partner on two green initiatives, CTG further confirms its world class status in clean energy technologies for wider industrial sectors.  The Kinerstore and Durastore projects fully supported by the Technology Strategy Board, are pushing the boundaries of technology whilst providing real world practical solutions to carbon reduction for the years to come.
