CTG Employees Gain NVQ Certificates

Seven CTG employees were presented with their Level 2 NVQ Certificates in Performing Manufacturing Operations through Oxford & Cherwell Valley College. Under the Train To Gain scheme the students received free tuition to attain the full Level 2 qualification.
Alan Baker, Operations Director at CTG expressed how important it is to invest time and training in employees and had this to say:- 'Training like this is becoming very important. Every customer asks for proof that our employees are trained.'
