CTG's advanced composite subsea pressure vessels and housings are custom designed to meet the needs of each individual application, and offer significant advantages over metallic pressure vessels. By manufacturing our subsea products using the filament winding process, we can tailor the properties of each pressure vessel (through customised winding patterns and material choices) to offer low weight and extremely high pressure, fatigue and corrosion resistance unrivalled by metallic pressure vessels of a similar price.

Typical applications for our subsea products include buoyancy and variable bouyancy tanks, electronics housings and surface flotation tanks. We work closely with our customers and manage every aspect of the production process, from in-house design and development, through manufacture, validation and testing, to final delivery, often working to very short timescales.
