Objectives Deployment and Continual Improvement
The Continual Improvement plan-do-check-act cycle is driven through the Business Planning / Management Review Process. The Management Reviews define and deploy Objectives to the Key Business Processes and then evaluate progress towards their achievement through agreed reporting. Where appropriate the Management Review may also revise Objectives or provide specific actions with regard to an achievement plan.
The Management Review consists of annual and quarterly meetings between the directors and senior managers, together with additional meetings between the senior managers and their reports. Minutes of each of the designated meetings are retained as Quality Records.
The Key Business Process owners are responsible for the planning, implementing and measuring the necessary activities to meet their objectives.
