The supply of magnet suspension kits involves not only the manufacture of our own composite parts but also the procurement of other parts that make up the entire suspension system. We take responsibility for integrating parts from a network of second tier suppliers, not only supplying these parts to our customers within a bespoke kit but also assuring the quality of all of these components. This allows us to supply kits via Kanban, minimising our customers stock. We receive customer demand in various ways including web based e-Kanban visible in the manufacturing cell enabling speedy response culminating in line side delivery.
