Design and development

We work closely with customers to support and undertake the conceptual design, prototyping, development and validation of both single suspension elements and entire suspension systems. Design and development activities are carried out by a dedicated team of composite engineers with expertise in advanced composite moulding and analysis tools, such as;

Our 3D CAD solid modelling capability is compatible with the main software systems used across the industry. This enables us to support our customers with short development times and an ability to quickly take a design from paper to finished product. We have a dedicated facility for the manufacture of prototype components and high-precision tooling using state-of-the-art CNC machines.

Our accredited in-house test facilities routinely carry out tests on behalf of our customers in support of development, validation and ongoing production activities. The range of test equipment includes:
