Overview
The
CTG Quality Management System is based on 11 Key Business Processes.
These processes are connected to the appropriate procedures,
documents, records, customer specific requirements and sections of
the AS9100 Rev B and ISO/TS16949:2002 standards through the Document
Cross-Matrix.
This Document Cross-Matrix also shows the owners
and participants in each of the Key Business Processes against the
functional departments of the organisation.
